Awesome machine and worth it

This was an excellent purchase. The levels of resistance are gradual and easy to understand and the harder resistance levels are really really hard. You will definitely get your work out in with this. I've seen some reviews complaining about the stability of this machine but neither my wife or I have had problems with it rocking back and forth. It's pretty steady. The only thing I'd complain about is how absurd it was to put together. Such an annoying pain. I would rather be waterboarded than use another Allen wrench ever again. But once that seventh level of hell is over, It's a great machine and easy to use.
